Shipping & Delivery

1. All orders are available for pick up at our store or warehouses.  The Customer must bring the invoice when collecting orders.  In some circumstances, Customer may be asked to present a photo ID.

2. It is Customer’s responsibility to arrange the appropriate vehicle when collecting orders.  

3. All paid orders that are required to be kept in Premium Tile and Mosaic Outlet prior to final delivery will be subject to a maximum of 2 weeks free storage after which, a storage fee of $15.00/pallet or $0.5/box per week will apply.  The Customer must pay for all storage fee before the order is delivered or picked up.  Purchased goods will not be released until storage fee is cleared. 


4. We also assist customers in getting their orders delivered.  Depending on the size of the orders, they can be shipped via courier service or pallet delivery service.   Here are some guidelines for the cost of delivery:

  • Currier Service:

             Sydney metropolitan area:  $10 for 1 box (up to 25kg);

             Rates to other cities/suburbs are subject to distances and weight, please contact us for more accurate freight cost.

  • Pallet Delivery: (approx. 50sqm of tiles, 1150kg per pallet)

            Temporarily available to Sydney metropolitan area only.  First pallet $140, from the second pallet on $45/pallet.

            For deliveries to other areas, please contact us for more details.  PLEASE NOTE that the above prices are for your information only; final cost could vary subject to individual orders.

5. In any delivery, Goods will be dropped onto the grass kerb and will not be carried into a house/garage.

6. Premium Tile and Mosaic Outlet will not be liable for:
     any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery, of Goods;
     any damage or loss due to unloading or offloading of Goods; and
     any damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.


Returns and cancellations

  1. No claims will be accepted after goods are installed.
  2. Premium Tile and Mosaic Outlet will offer exchange for Change of Mind Purchase within seven days of the purchase, which is subject to 30% handling fee of value of the original purchase.  Porcelain and Ceramic tiles will only be accepted in full box quantities and if the supplied current batch is still available.
  3. All exchange must be authorized by Premium Tile and Mosaic Outlet. Customer must obtain a written confirmation before sending goods back for exchange.
  4. Customer is responsible for all transport cost for sending the goods back to Premium Tile and Mosaic Outlet.
